By accessing or using the Kard.pk platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Platform is owned and operated by Coopon (Private) Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2017 (XIX of 2017) and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) under Corporate Unique Identification No. 0328098 ("Company", "we", "us", "our").
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered merchants, and any other users of the Platform.
By creating an account, you represent that you have the authority to bind your business entity to these Terms and that you are at least 18 years old.
To register as a Merchant, you must be a registered business operating in Pakistan or an individual lawfully conducting business in Pakistan. You must provide accurate and complete business information during registration, including your business name, contact number, and business category.
As a Merchant, you agree to the following obligations:
A "Lead" is counted based on the card type used. The billing trigger differs per card type as follows:
| Card Type | Billing Trigger |
|---|---|
| Kard Offer (Coupons) | When customer saves card to WhatsApp (claim) |
| Kard Stamp (Loyalty) | When customer receives first physical stamp (first visit) — not at claim |
| Kard Pass (Sessions) | When customer claims/purchases the session pass |
| Kard Points (Accumulate) | When customer redeems accumulated reward — never per point earned or per visit |
| Kard Gift (Gift Cards) | When gift card is claimed/purchased |
| Kard Refer (Referrals) | When referred friend makes their first successful claim |
Views, clicks, and shares that do not result in the above triggers do not count as Leads. Kard Stamp claims are free — the Merchant is only charged when the Customer physically visits and receives their first stamp.
Lead pricing is determined by two factors: (1) the Merchant's registered business category and (2) the type of Kard used. The following pricing matrix (all amounts in PKR per successful Lead) applies:
| Salons | Clinics | Fitness | Education | Cafes | Fashion | Auto | Sports | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Kard Offer | 150 | 100 | 75 | 75 | 30 | 50 | 40 | 40 |
| Kard Stamp | 250 | 175 | 175 | 150 | 100 | 100 | 75 | 75 |
| Kard Pass | 250 | 175 | 200 | 200 | 75 | 100 | 75 | 100 |
| Kard Points | 200 | 150 | 150 | 125 | 75 | 75 | 60 | 75 |
| Kard Gift | 100 | 75 | 75 | 50 | 25 | 50 | 40 | 40 |
| Kard Refer | 100 | 75 | 75 | 75 | 25 | 50 | 40 | 40 |
All new accounts include 5 free Leads per calendar month, regardless of card type or business category. Free Leads do not roll over to subsequent months. After free Leads are exhausted, the matrix rates above apply per successful claim.
Merchants may choose between prepaid wallet top-up or monthly invoicing. Minimum wallet top-up is 500 PKR. Billing statements are available in the merchant dashboard.
Coopon (Private) Limited reserves the right to update Lead pricing with a minimum of 30 calendar days' advance written notice to affected Merchants via email. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
